Home Equity Line-of-Credit Loans
The Village Credit Union developed the Home-Equity
Line-of-Credit program to allow members to
utilize the equity in their homes to meet their financial needs.
After an initial application process, members will be able to
receive additional advances with the ease of just a telephone call.
In addition to the low interest rate and ease of application,
members also may be able to take advantage of the tax benefits of
this type of program. Please consult your tax consultant to
determine the advantages that you may be eligible to receive.
After an initial processing fee, there will be no other fees
charged to maintain this type of account.
